Abstract
En Colombia, durante los últimos 50 años se ha caracterizado por tener un conflicto
armado con grandes consecuencias para el desarrollo del proyecto de vida de
los ciudadanos que hacen parte de la nación, ha traído una serie de consecuencias
jurídicas y sociales mediante los cuales se replantea el sistema jurídico colombiano y
las políticas públicas gubernamentales en materia social bajo el marco de la eventual
Justicia Especial para la Paz. Así las cosas, las víctimas del conflicto armado Colombiano
tienen la garantía de acceder al aparato jurisdiccional del Estado para exigir
justicia, verdad y reparación, también, el Estado Colombia al ser parte de la Convención
Americana Sobre Derechos Humanos se compromete en concordancia con el artículo
primero de la misma, a respetar los derechos y libertades reconocidos en dicho
tratado y se acoge a la competencia contenciosa ejercida por la Corte Interamericana
de Derechos Humanos en futuros litigios que comprometan presuntas violaciones hacia los Derechos
Humanos.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | In Colombia, during the last 50 years it has been characterized by having an armed conflict with great consequences for the development of the life project of the citizens who are part of the nation, it has brought a series of legal and social consequences through which it is reconsidered the Colombian legal system and government public policies in social matters under the framework of the eventual Special Justice for Peace. Thus, the victims of the Colombian armed conflict have the guarantee of access to the jurisdictional apparatus of the State to demand justice, truth and reparation, also, the State of Colombia, being a party to the American Convention on Human Rights, undertakes in accordance with the article First of the same, to respect the rights and freedoms recognized in said treaty and accepts the contentious jurisdiction exercised by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in future litigations that compromise alleged violations of Human Rights. |
