Análisis de la gestión del estado frente a la garantía de la pensión especial de invalidez a víctimas de la violencia o prestación humanitaria periódica para víctimas del conflicto armado
Abstract
Esta investigación busca indagar cuál ha sido el proceso de gestión que ha realizado
el Estado colombiano durante estos últimos veinte años en materia de promulgación de políticas públicas, normas y acciones eficaces que garanticen los derechos de esta población víctima. Se hará un análisis especial de las personas que tienen derecho al reconocimiento de la Pensión Especial de Invalidez para Victimas de la Violencia (1997) y que actualmente (2017) se conoce
como Prestación Humanitaria Periódica para víctimas del Conflicto Armado. Ésta investigación se centrará específicamente en este tipo de víctimas.

A pecial analysis will be made of the people who have the right to recognition of the Special Disability Pension for Victims of Violence (1997) and which is currently (2017) known as the Periodic Humanitarian Benefit for victims of the Armed Conflict. This investigation will focus specifically on this type of victims. |
