Abstract
En este trabajo se analizan algunos antecedentes, el desarrollo y la actualidad
de la denominada “Doctrina Bush” y su columna vertebral la Teoría de la
“Guerra Preventiva”. Se estudia cómo esta teoría surge a raíz de los terribles
acontecimientos del 11 de septiembre de 2001 en Estados Unidos y cómo
se enmarca en la estrategia de la Guerra Global contra el terrorismo. Por
otra parte, se plantea también cómo la política Exterior de George Bush
(hijo) tuvo un marcado unilateralismo, violando así muchas de las formas
normativas y legislativas internacionales.

Moreover, it also arises as foreign policy of George Bush (son) had a marked unilateralism, violating many international regulatory and legislative forms. |
