Resumen
Las Universidades son organizaciones con características
específicas que la identifican, sin embargo no escapa de los
constantes cambios del entorno que influyen en ella y que por ende
se le hace prioritario buscar nuevas formas de actuar, para
minimizar cualquier efecto no deseado. Una nueva forma de
organización son las llamadas organizaciones inteligentes, las
cuales son las que se mantienen en un constante aprendizaje, pero
de manera colectiva; lo cual se traduce en cambios de conducta
hacia comportamientos de más compromiso y efectividad. El presente
articulo tiene como proposito caracterizar los elementos
representativos de las organizaciones inteligentes, para adaptarlos
a las actividades y funcionamiento de éstas institucione; en busca
de establecer lineamientos que les permitan funcionar con sentido
de calidad y efectividad, en cuanto a: el producto educativo, la
satisfacción de los alumnos, la satisfacción del personal y el impacto
de la educación en su entorno.

A new organization form is the calls intelligent organizations, which are those that stay in a constant learning, but in a collective way; that which is translated in behavior changes toward behaviors of more commitment and effectiveness. The present work has as main purpose to characterize the representative elements of the intelligent organizations, to adapt them to the activities and operation of the Institutions of Superior Education, in search of limits that allow to these organizations to work with sense of quality and effectiveness settling down. They exist some elements that identify the quality in this type of Institutions, among them they are had; the educational product, the satisfaction of the students, the personnel’s satisfaction and the impact of the education in their environment. |
