Abstract
El presente artículo se realizó con el objetivo de analizar Incidencia del Equipo
de Gestión en la Calidad educativa en el Primer Ciclo del Nivel Primario del Distrito
Educativo 13-05, Loma de Cabrera. La metodología se circunscribe en la revisión de obras
e investigaciones en la incidencia del equipo de gestión para el logro de una calidad
educativa en el primer ciclo del nivel primario, aplicándose las fuentes de recolección
de información, que son técnicas de fuentes documentales: búsqueda, y recopilación,
fichados de libros, tesis, monografías, artículos científicos, ordenanzas, documentos
oficiales, painas web, conferencias y videos. Luego de los resultados de los procesos de
investigación se concluyó que donde estos sean parte activa de las decisiones y responsabilidades
que les correspondan. Por otro lado, se concluyó que el equipo de gestión debe garantizar y motivar
la familia para realizar acciones conjuntas, pues los padres y los hijos necesitan desarrollarse en
las mejores condiciones, tanto de forma emocional como intelectual, por lo que la familia y la escuela
deben realizar una acción coordinada que genere confianza entre padres, madres, tutores, maestros,
buscando alcanzar una educación de calidad que contribuya al mejoramiento de la comunidad educativa.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | This article was carried out with the objective of analyzing the incidence of the Management Team in the educational quality in the First Cycle of the Primary Level of the Educational District 13-05, Loma de Cabrera. The methodology is circumscribed in the review of works and investigations in the incidence of the management team for the achievement of an educational quality in the first cycle of the primary level, applying the sources of information collection, which are techniques of documentary sources: search, and compilation, records of books, theses, monographs, scientific articles, ordinances, official documents, web pages, conferences and videos. After the results of the investigation processes, it was concluded that where they are an active part of the decisions and responsibilities that correspond to them. On the other hand, it was concluded that the management team must guarantee and motivate the family to carry out joint actions, since parents and children need to develop in the best conditions, both emotionally and intellectually, so the family and the school They must carry out a coordinated action that generates trust between fathers, mothers, tutors, teachers, seeking to achieve a quality education that contributes to the improvement of the educational community. |
