Résumé
En el presente escrito se desarrollan algunas ideas con las cuales se pretende realizar una lectura particular sobre la manera como se piensan los derechos humanos y sus garantías desde el discurso hegemónico en Colombia. Se parte de problematizar el panorama social actual, abordando especialmente la aculturación en Latinoamérica y las políticas públicas, desde una perspectiva que permita su deconstrucción y posterior análisis crítico. Al final, se espera hacer evidentes algunos mantenedores de la
situación social que no suelen ser tenidos en cuenta.
