dc.description.abstractEn el marco del liderazgo del Caribe colombiano Juan José Nieto encarna al intelectual adelantado a su tiempo y personifica al líder gestor de posibilidades sociales. En su proyecto político lo educativo recobra especial importancia, al punto de constituirlo en el pensador que ejerció gran influencia pedagógica en el territorio, pues sus propuestas trascendieron los límites del pensamiento y la cultura local fuertemente marcados por la racionalidad colonial. Estas líneas pretenden recuperar la imagen de Juan José Nieto como educador social, en un contexto marcado por las ideas liberales y los cambios sociales durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIX. En este sentido resulta imperioso estudiar el pensamiento político y la influencia ejercida por este personaje en la consolidación de la sociedad educativa del Estado Soberano de Bolívar.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1Within the framework of the leadership of the Colombian Caribbean Juan Jose Nieto Grandson incarnates to the advanced intellectual opportunely and personifies the managing leader of social possibilities. In its political project the educative thing recovers special importance, to the point to constitute it in the thinker who exerted great pedagogical influence in the territory, because their proposals extended the limits of the thought and the local culture strongly marked by the colonial rationality. These lines try to recover the image of Juan Jose Nieto, Grandson like social educator, in a context marked by the liberal ideas and the changes of articles of incorporation during second half of century XIX. In this sense it turns out urgent to study the political thought and the influence exerted by this personage in the consolidation of the educative society of the Sovereign State of Bolivar.es_VE
