dc.description.abstractLa situación por las que viven los habitantes del municipio de Boca de Grita-Venezuela y Puerto Santander-Colombia como población perteneciente al eje fronterizo entre estas dos naciones hermanas con un mismo génesis histórico, independentista y republicano; que los ha llevado a compartir, vivir y vivenciar múltiples situaciones sociales en las cuales no es posible la garantía mínima de los derechos humanos como resultado de la continua violencia sistemática y reiterativa de grupos al margen de la ley, el paramilitarismo, los bandas emergentes, el narcotráfico y aun los mismos organismos del estado a través de políticas represivas y acciones en contra de la población civil.es_VE
