dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se presentan algunos tópicos de una investigación historiográfica sobre la psicología (realizada a través de la consulta de distintos textos filosóficos y manuales académicos), a fin de analizar el discurso oficial dominante y cómo éste se reproduce en la enseñanza de una disciplina cientificista, positivista y cuantitativa para futuros psicólogos y educadores. En el análisis se discuten algunos “mitos” fundadores orientados a la psicología experimental y la omisión de las versiones de la psicología filosófica, lo cual deriva en un estudio dicotómico del ser humano y por ende, de una comprensión fragmentada y ahistórica del proceso psicológico y educativo.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1Some aspects related to historiography of psychology are shown in this article. This research followed a review of different phylosophical texts and academic textbooks in order to analyze the official discourse and how it is reproduced when teaching this scientific, positivist, and quantitativ discipline to future teachers and psychologists. The analysis discusses some “myths” around experimental psychology and some omissions related to the philosophy of psychology, which results in a dichotomy of human being and a separated and non-historical comprehension of the psychological and educational process.es_VE
