Resumen en otro Idioma | The loss of the healthy style of life in the advanced society has provoked serious public health problems; multiple chronic illnesses have been developed causing millions of premature deaths every year as a result of obesity, alcohol, tobacco, drugs or the physical inactivity itself. Lees and Both (2004) called this effect as “Syndrome of death for sedentary”, they affirm that there is a mechanic link of molecular base between the physical inactivity and the chronic illness. Nowadays, it is being considered this route of knowledge that connects the physical inactivity, the feeding and the health habits. On the other hand, in general terms, many young people in the beginning of XXI Century are drug consumers and they are relatively well integrated in their respective scopes of coexistence, as the family, the university or the work, it is also a phenomenon that is intimately related to the people’s health. In this sense the pretensions of this study are to analyze and to know certain habits of physical activities, feeding and of the consumption of substances hazardous to the health of our young people, university students and non-university students in the context of the UCLM in Albacete, Spain. This investigation is carry out within the framework determine by the changes that have been experimented the European higher education, which affect both the teaching staff in their form to work and the own students in their way to confront their formation through the denominated ECTS credits. |
