predominantes Carora (PCA) y otras predominancias

Resumen en otro Idioma | (Anoestrus and open days in dairy cattle at the tropical zone) With the objective to study the effects of the factors parity (PA), breed predominance (BP), season of year (SY) and body condition (BC) had on the uterine involution (UI), early silent ovulation (SO), first postpartum estrus (FPPE) and open days (OD) in a farm located in a dry tropical area, eighty-nine cows were studied, there were classified into Carora predominant breed (CPB) and another predominant dairy cows (APMB), heifers dams and secundíparas, there were non suckled and milked mechanically twice daily, grazed on grass land with 5.1% crude protein and concentrates with 16.59% of crude protein and liquid milk whey ad libitum. The cows were apparently health and did not have clinic abnormalities al parturition or after it. The UI was completed at 28 ± 7 ppd, the SO at 32 ± 9, the FPPE at 72 ± 17 and OD at 133 ± 40 ppd. Non significant effects of the studied factors on the UI, SO and FPFE was observed and there were a significant effect of the PA and SY on the OP. The lineal model was significantly (p<0,05) affected by the accumulated milk production. |
