dc.description.abstractEn este texto se presenta un marco conceptual y metodológico diseñado para facilitar la reflexión estratégica sobre la Ley Orgánica del Plan de la Patria de las 7 Grandes Transformaciones 2025-2030. Este marco se basa en un ciclo de experimentación donde el Plan se somete a una ecuación de transformación social sostenible. El proceso implica un ajuste iterativo tanto de los elementos de la ecuación como de los prompts utilizados en las consultas a la inteligencia artificial, con el fin de generar resultados relevantes para la reflexión estratégica y conocimiento útil para la acción transformadora. dc.description.abstract1This text presents a conceptual and methodological framework designed to facilitate strategic reflection on the Organic Law of the Plan for the Homeland of the 7 Great Transformations 2025-2030. This framework is based on a cycle of experimentation in which the Plan is subjected to an equation of sustainable social transformation. The process involves iterative adjustment of both the elements of the equation and the prompts used in consultations with artificial intelligence, with the aim of generating results relevant to strategic reflection andknowledge useful for transformative action.es_VE
