dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo es resultado de una investigación sobre el diseño de una estrategia para la formación digital de los docentes de la Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela (UBV) en el estado Nueva Esparta mediante el abordaje desde la educomunicación y el programa de computación Telegram. La estrategia se edificó sobre las necesidades manifestadas por los docentes entrevistados, las características de la UBV-sede Nueva Esparta y la reflexión del docente en torno al proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. dc.description.abstract1This article is the result of an investigation about the design of an educational strategy for the digital training of teachers at the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV) in the state of Nueva Esparta campus by means of the educommunication approach and the Telegram App. The strategy was built on the needs expressed by the teachers interviewed, the characteristics of the Nueva Esparta Campus of the UBV and the teacher’s reflection on the teaching-learning process. The strategy was oriented from the perspective of transformative participatory action research.es_VE
