| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo es resultado de una investigación sobre el diseño de una estrategia
para la formación digital de los docentes de la Universidad Bolivariana
de Venezuela (UBV) en el estado Nueva Esparta mediante el abordaje desde la
educomunicación y el programa de computación Telegram. La estrategia se edificó sobre
las necesidades manifestadas por los docentes entrevistados, las características
de la UBV-sede Nueva Esparta y la reflexión del docente en torno al
proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. La estrategia se orientó desde la perspectiva
de la investigación acción participativa transformadora.

strategy for the digital training of teachers at the Bolivarian University of Venezuela
(UBV) in the state of Nueva Esparta campus by means of the educommunication
approach and the Telegram App. The strategy was built on the needs expressed
