dc.description.abstractLa adopción del acto aclarado en la Comunidad Andina marcó un hito jurídico en el derecho comunitario, después de miles de sentencias. Inspirado en la experiencia de la Unión Europea, este mecanismo prejudicial busca impactar la interpretación jurídica en la región. El estudio compara el acto aclarado en ambas regiones, analizando su definición, alcance y efectos. La metodología revisa bases normativas y jurisprudencia. Se destaca un análisis de caso aplicando la “Regla de los 4 pasos”. El estudio concluye enfatizando su importancia en la interpretación coherente y uniforme del derecho comunitarioes_VE
