| dc.description.abstract | México y Colombia tienen una historia de mujeres sosteniendo a otras mujeres
a través de la partería, un conocimiento ancestral que, en su conjunto, es un ejercicio
que promueve derechos fundamentales para nosotras, como el derecho a decidir sobre
nuestro cuerpo y a decidir dónde y con quien parir. Las mujeres parteras acompañan
a las parturientas y les comparten conocimientos que permiten derribar miedos
y creencias como que, estar embarazada es igual a estar enferma y al tratarlas dignamente
se alejan de las prácticas hegemónicas producto del sistema patriarcal. | es_VE |
