dc.description.abstractEste artículo plantea un recorrido del MERCOSUR en sus distintas etapas con motivo del trigésimo aniversario. El análisis parte de la idea de que el bloque regional ha tenido una evolución adaptativa en esas diversas fases. Ello se dio por una convergencia política entre los gobiernos, sobre todo en el eje argentino-brasileño. Esto posibilita comprender la coyuntura actual de estancamiento.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1This article presents an overview of MERCOSUR in its different stages on the occasion of its thirtieth anniversary. The analysis is based on the idea that the regional bloc has undergone an adaptive evolution in these various phases. This was due to a political convergence between governments, especially in the Argentine-Brazilian axis. This makes it possible to understand the current situation of stagnation.es_VE
