dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tuvo como propósito proponer a los docentes en formación el uso de estrategias basadas en las técnicas de PNL (Programación Neurolingüística) y Superaprendizaje para el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo de sus estudiantes. Se utilizó una metodología de tipo proyectiva, con apoyo de la investigación documental y de campo. La población estuvo conformada por 24 estudiantes del Programa de Profesionalización Docente (PPD), de la asignatura Seminario Opcional. El instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario estructurado abierto, aplicado a través de una encuesta individualizada. La información fue clasificada y registrada para el análisis e interpretación de los resultados. Se concluye que la aplicación de las técnicas muestra beneficios tanto para estudiantes como para los docentes, en lo académico y personal.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The purpose of this study was to propose to the teachers in training the use of strategies based on the techniques of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and Super learning for the development of the creative thinking of their students. A projective type methodology was used, with the support of documentary and field research. The population consisted of 24 students of the Teacher Professionalization Program (TPP), of the Optional Seminar subject. The instrument used was an open structured questionnaire, applied through an individualized survey. The information was classified and recorded for the analysis and interpretation of the results. It is concluded that the application of the techniques shows benefits for both students and teachers, in the academic and personal.es_VE
