| dc.description.abstract | La deliberación sobre la gratuidad de la Educación en el marco ecuatoriano, en el presente documento, se plantea bajo tres ejes de reflexión. Los dos primeros hacen una retrospección al Sistema Educativo en tiempos de la Colonia, vista como el medio de adoctrinamiento cristiano, privilegio de pocos y en la época Republicana en la cual se afianza a la educación laica y se fortalece la educación religiosa que durante décadas y hasta la actualidad, ésta ha sido y sigue siendo pagada. Finalmente, el tercero aborda la educación actual propuesta desde una perspectiva de un gobierno progresista y con tendencia socialista, pudiéndose establecer como resultados que la Educación nunca ha sido gratuita, bajo parámetros de responsabilidad de todos los ecuatorianos. | es_VE |
