dc.description.abstractEn esta disertación se intenta realizar una aproximación de la realidad diplomática del derecho de Asilo en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela mediante del análisis de los discursos oficial, intermedio y el Código existentes sobre este derecho, utilizando el Método Arqueológico de Michel Foucault. En este artículo trataremos de determinar la realidad del Derecho de Asilo en Venezuela a través del análisis de su evolución histórica, de las normas jurídicas vigentes -Código-; las consideraciones que sobre la materia ha hecho el autor Rafael Ortíz -Discurso intermedio- y de las posiciones asumidas por el gobierno del Estado con respecto a este derecho -Discurso oficial- utilizando como ejemplo el Caso de Pedro Carmona Estanga.es_VE
