dc.description.abstractComo tipo ideal la comunicación política persigue el objetivo de establecer nexos de intercomprensión entre emisores y receptores de mensajes. Aunado a ello, la cultura establece referenciales sociocéntricos, que inciden en el significado que se atribuye a un signo, durante el proceso de comunicación. Abordaremos como el referente continúa siendo una realidad -el hecho político-, no obstante, la mediación y mediatización del que es susceptible durante el proceso de comunicación política, opaca la referencia específica al hecho que dio origen a un concepto. En consecuencia proponemos recorrer el intrincado tránsito de los mensajes desde su emisión hasta su decodificación, desde la perspectiva epistemológica.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The ideal type ofpolitical communication is one that seeks to establish links of comprehension between the senders and the receptors ofmessages. Culture also establishes sociocentric points of reference that affect the meaning attributed to a sign/symbol during the process of communication. This article attempts to show how the social reference points continue to be a reality -a political fact- , notwithstanding the mediation and the mediatization to which it is susceptible to during the process of political communication which can conceal the specific reference to the fact which originates in a concept. We examine the process ofthe messages from their emission to their decodification from the epistemological approach.es_VE
