dc.description.abstractEl derecho societario está cambiando de forma vertiginosa en la actualidad, por un factor que históricamente no había estado presente, como es la normativa del Derecho comunitario -en todo caso de soporte alemán-, lo cual origina incluso cambios en las legislaciones de los países miembros, y rechazando la persistente presencia francesa del tiempo de la codificación, con un único motivo: unificar la regulación de las instituciones involucradas en el quehacer jurídico internacional con repercusión en el ámbito nacional; situación que trasladada al sistema societario venezolano, daría respuesta a las interrogantes que la Doctrina y la Jurisprudencia no han podido resolver y la Legislación aún no logra armonizar.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1Societal law is currently being subjected to rapid historical change. Previously, the regulatory norms of community law as in the German case whichhas occasioned changes in the legislation of several countries involving the scrapping of the otherwise persistent presence of the French tradition since the time of its codification. This is the only reason for unifying the regulation of the institutions involved in the repercussions of the international judiciary activity on the national level. The implications of this situation for the Venezuelan societal model should provide answers to the questions that doctrine and jurisprudence have not been able to resolve and legislation has not yet been able to harmonize.es_VE
