| dc.description.abstract | El proceso de negociación del Acuerdo de Asociación Transpacífico (TPP)
será la plataforma para Estados Unidos, como lo fue el TLCAN, para una
potencial integración de su económica en la región del Asia-Pacífico sin el
concurso de China y para contener a esta economía en América Latina y el
Caribe. China ha optado por mantener el crecimiento de su economía con su
incorporación a los circuitos internacionales en todas las regiones-incluyendo
a Europa y África-, desarrollar sus instituciones, la creación de mecanismos y
mayor apoyo a la producción e industrialización para su mercado interno y
mantener sus vínculos en su entorno asiático y participar en mayor medida

| dc.description.abstract1 | The process of negotiating the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) will be the
platform for the United States, as was NAFTA, for a potential economic integration
in the Asia-Pacific without the help of China and to contain this economy in
Latin America and the Caribbean. The main objective of this study is to identify an alternative of solution to the
public health problem for residents of the so called tri-border area between
Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, which include the municipalities of de Barra
do Quaraí, in the state of Rio do Rio Grande do Sul, in Brazil; Bella Unión, in
the Department of Artigas, in Uruguay, and Monte Caseros, in the Province of
Corrientes, in Argentina. The result of the research show a success of the
border citizenship in terms of progress in the field of reciprocal medical
assistance, between Brazil and Uruguay for their inhabitants in border regions. | es_VE |
