| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo constituye parte de una investigación más amplia relacionada con la percepción que tienen los
habitantes del estado Táchira sobre el ejercicio y respeto de los derechos ciudadanos. El artículo incluye algunos
elementos relacionados con el desarrollo de la noción de ciudadanía y el análisis de elementos relacionados que
han surgido a lo largo de otras investigaciones llevadas a cabo desde el CEFI, como son el análisis de los discursos
internacionales, regionales y locales; las propuestas de Ley Orgánica de Fronteras; el estudio de la propuesta de una
Zona de Integración Fronteriza Táchira-Norte de Santander y las investigaciones sobre la situación de los refugiados
