dc.description.abstractEl Pueblo como una parte inteligente de la masa, constituye un poder autónomo sobre el destino de las naciones, y en Venezuela, la primera persona en identificar y nombrar al pueblo, fue Simón Bolívar en el discurso de Angostura el 16 de febrero de 1819. Desde entonces, el pueblo ha constituido un enorme poder en la dirección del país, de una manera simpática y anónima. Con aparente obediencia se deja conducir, pero responde a un carácter maquinal – monstruoso que opera por medio de la producción de significaciones potencialmente variables.es_VE
