dc.description.abstractAnte lo ocurrido en Libia en un espacio de tiempo tan estrecho, con múltiples intereses políticos en juego y miles de víctimas, es necesario sopesar la actuación de las Naciones Unidas y en especial de sus órganos políticos más infl uyentes. Se suele criticar la inacción de este organismo internacional pero el caso libio le ha puesto de nuevo sobre el tapete. Una breve revisión analítica y cronológica de lo discutido y aprobado por el Consejo de Derechos Humanos y el Consejo de Seguridad ayudará en la refl exión.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1Given what happened in Libya during such a brief period of time, with multiple political interests at stake and thousands of victims, it is necessary to balance the actions of the United Nations, especially those of its more infl uential political organs. It is commonly criticized the inaction of this international organization but the Libyan case has put it back on the table. A short analytical and chronological review of what was discussed and approved by the Human Rights Council and the Security Council will help in this refl ection.es_VE
