| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis estructural de las estrategias
de inserción internacional de la Argentina, tomando como marcos temporales
la declaración de cesación de pagos de la deuda externa argentina
en diciembre de 2001 hasta el año de los festejos del Bicentenario de la
Revolución de Mayo. El fin de la convertibilidad y un escenario mundial
menos unipolar fueron los elementos que posibilitaron un nuevo marco para
la política exterior argentina que se desarrolló en cuatro claves (Mercosur,
negociación de la deuda, estrategia de inserción económica internacional

payments of the Argentine external debt in December of 2001 to the year of
