dc.description.abstractSe presenta un estudio sobre la generación de mesoporosidad en zeolitas tipo ZSM-5 con relación Si/Al de 10 y 35, sintetizadas en medio inorgánico. Después de realizar tratamiento alcalino de la zeolita seguido por tratamiento hidrotérmico en presencia de micelas de surfactante CTAB, se obtuvo una fase mesoporosa que coexiste con la zeolita ZSM-5 remanente. La acidez y la actividad catalítica de la zeolita ZSM-5 con mayor relación Si/Al se mantiene después del tratamiento, en tanto que para la zeolita con menor relación Si/Al, se obtuvo una disminución notable de estas propiedades.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1In this work we presented a study over the generation of mesoporosity in ZSM-5 zeolites with ratio Si/Al of 10 and 35 synthesized in inorganic medium. A mesoporous phase with hexagonal arrangement that coexists with the zeolite ZSM-5 remnant, was obtained after alkaline treatment of zeolite followed by hydrothermal treatment in the presence of CTAB surfactant micelles. The acidity and catalytic activity of the zeolite ZSM-5 with higher relation Si/Al were kept after the treatment, whereas a notable decrease of these properties was obtained for the zeolite with minor relation Si/Al.es_VE
