dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del artículo es realizar una descripción de la evolución conceptual del Derecho Internacional Vecinal, como una derivación del Derecho Internacional Público relativo a las zonas de frontera. En particular, se revisan las iniciativas que Venezuela y Colombia han adelantado en los últimos 20 años y que han experimentado tanto bilateralmente como con sus respectivos vecinos. Del mismo modo, se examina el tratamiento del tema a nivel multilateral en la ONU y someramente en la CAN.es_VE
