| dc.description.abstract | El proceso de integración latinoamericana posee una nueva perspectiva en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y es el objetivo de esta investigación analizar su importancia jurídica y sus implicaciones teóricas e históricas. Utilizando la hermenéutica jurídica, se concluye que la nación venezolana ha intensificado las acciones para consolidar la integración latinoamericana con la finalidad de lograr los objetivos comunes propuestos en la región, ello a través de pactos, convenios y acuerdos que originan normas supranacionales. Además, la participación consciente en la globalización y la consolidación de naciones organizadas con pleno conocimiento de su papel fundamental en el mundo actual, tiene en Venezuela el respaldo jurídico necesario, lo cual representa un avance significativo en el
constitucionalismo venezolano y es el soporte de un ulterior derecho comunitario. | es_VE |
