| dc.description.abstract | Un total de 54 vacas Brahman entre 1 y 9 partos fueron superovuladas con 38-40 mg hormona FSH-P, produciendo un total de 551 huevos, de los cuales 341 (61,8%), 182 (33,0%) y 28 (5,0%) fueron embriones transferibles (E.T.), embriones degenerados (E.D.) y óvulos no fecundados (O.N.F.) respectivamente. Un promedio de 6,4 E.T. fueron obtenidos por cada donadora. De 233 embriones trasplantados por vía quirúrgica se lograron 151 (64,8%) preñez. Los valores tanto E.T./vaca (6,4) como de preñez (64,8), fueron considerados muy satisfactorios y superiores a los reportados por otros autores en esta raza de ganado. | es_VE |

| dc.description.abstract1 | Fifty tour donor Brahman cows between one and nine parturition were superovulated with 38-40 mg P-FSH hormone. A total pf 551 embryos were recovered, 341 (61.8%), 182 (33.0%), 28 (5.0%) were transferable (E.T.), degenerated (D.E.) and nofertilized eggs (N.F.) respectively. An average of 6.4 E.T. were collected from each donor. Non surgical transfer of 233 embryos resulted in 151 (64.8%) pregnant recipients. The se results both for transferible embryos per donor cow (6.4) and for pregnancy rate un recipients (64.8%) were considered satisfactory and higher than another figures already reported for the Brahman breed. | es_VE |
